Care and training for growth, healing, and empowerment.

Offerings

  • I offer virtual psychotherapy for adult individuals (18 years+) who are seeking to reflect on their lives and desires, learn how their body communicates their needs, and practice responding to those needs with care and acceptance.

    • If you struggle with feeling seen and heard, you will be listened to and seen for who you are.

    • If depression and anxiety are familiar experiences to you, know that you are not alone and there is relief.

    • If you have felt like you’re “too much and too little” at the same time, there is space for you to be free and needy.

    • If you don’t feel you belong in a relationship or community, open up to the possibility there is a place that you will uniquely fill in the hearts and minds of others.
