Care and training for growth, healing, and empowerment.
Offerings

I offer virtual psychotherapy for adult individuals (18 years+) who are seeking to reflect on their lives and desires, learn how their body communicates their needs, and practice responding to those needs with care and acceptance.
If you struggle with feeling seen and heard, you will be listened to and seen for who you are.
If depression and anxiety are familiar experiences to you, know that you are not alone and there is relief.
If you have felt like you’re “too much and too little” at the same time, there is space for you to be free and needy.
If you don’t feel you belong in a relationship or community, open up to the possibility there is a place that you will uniquely fill in the hearts and minds of others.
