About Me

I can describe myself with many words.

These are the ones I choose to share here and now: biracial, Black, cis-woman, queer, LGBT+ ally, Christian, Highly Sensitive Person, cat mom, auntie, friend, social worker, educator, musician, poet, dancer, boxer, traveler, learner.

A Compassionate, Holistic Approach to Mental Health

My life’s mission is to be strong and courageous in all elements: physically, emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and financially. I regularly achieve and fall, pivot and overcome. I am eternally grateful for the strength of family - biological and chosen - the privilege of education, travel, and art/music/movement to enhance the human I am today and who I strive to become tomorrow.

My hope is to encourage you in seeing your own worth, to be an attuned witness to your struggles and joys, and to pass along questions, supports, and tools for healing in your life and relationships.

When you’re ready, I’m here.
